Eco In The City began as TrashLogic, a data-driven waste consulting initiative focused on solving one property’s trash challenges at a time. As our impact grew, so did our vision, expanding from site-level audits to scalable, portfolio-wide waste intelligence.

Today, as Eco In The City, we partner with WasteXAI to power Binsight360™, an integrated system combining human expertise with AI insights to optimize waste operations across multi-property portfolios. Our solutions give property managers, owners, and sustainability teams full visibility, measurable savings, and proven compliance outcomes.
